They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by cvk66.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these terms has been published, you confirm your ongoing agreement to the current version of this document. cvk66 recommends that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

cvk66 is an adult-only platform. To register and use the service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your region before registering.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the platform via a self-exclusion request or administrative suspension that remains active.

If cvk66 determines at any point that a registered member was under 18 years of age at the time of registration, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds deposited during that period will be returned to the source payment method where technically feasible, and all winnings accumulated during that period will be forfeited. cvk66 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory inquiries in this regard.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the cvk66 platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on cvk66 at any given time. This policy applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. If cvk66 detects that a member holds or has held more than one account — whether or not the accounts are simultaneously active — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses held in those accounts will be voided. cvk66 reserves the right to recover any withdrawals made from duplicate accounts in breach of this policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. cvk66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cvk66 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised. All transactions carried out using your account credentials are deemed to have been made by you unless you have notified us of a suspected breach prior to those transactions occurring.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

cvk66 is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and preventing financial crimes including money laundering and fraud. As part of this commitment, cvk66 may request identity verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet screen showing the registered mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposit or withdrawal requests

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed. cvk66 processes all submitted documents in strict accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and the account reviewed. The minimum deposit amount on cvk66 is ৳500. Supported deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Processing times vary by method; mobile financial service (MFS) deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cvk66 wallet within minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. cvk66 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, subject to standard processing windows and any applicable security checks. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

cvk66 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds. In such cases, the member will be notified and asked to provide supporting documentation as outlined in Section 3.4 (KYC) above.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on cvk66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency (for example, a USDT crypto deposit), cvk66 will convert the amount to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. cvk66 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

4.4 Payment Method Restrictions

cvk66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, cvk66 will provide reasonable notification to the member and, where required by law, will report the transaction to the relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

cvk66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum win caps, which are stated in the individual promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the cvk66 welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. This bonus is available to new registrants only and is limited to one bonus per person, per household, and per payment method. The welcome bonus funds are credited to the member's bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cvk66 strictly prohibits bonus abuse in all forms. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-variance betting strategies solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent; coordinating with other members to generate artificial wagering volume; and exploiting technical errors or miscommunications in bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, cvk66 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or close the account, and recover any funds withdrawn in connection with the abuse.

5.4 Promotional Changes

cvk66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected members as promptly as practicable. Promotions may not be combined unless the specific terms of each promotion explicitly state otherwise.

cvk66 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements is forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, tournaments, or any other multiplayer game format is prohibited.
• Arbitrage & Exploit Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or promotional terms in ways not consistent with normal player behaviour and genuine entertainment is not permitted.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a completed deposit is a serious breach. cvk66 will pursue recovery of any such funds and may report the chargeback to relevant fraud prevention agencies.
• Money Laundering: Using the cvk66 platform to disguise, transfer, or launder the proceeds of criminal activity is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities without notice to the member.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another member's account, or providing false identity information, is prohibited.
• Platform Interference: Any attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or tamper with the platform's software, servers, or network infrastructure will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to law enforcement.

cvk66 employs continuous monitoring systems to detect and investigate potential violations. Where a violation is confirmed, cvk66 will take appropriate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal proceedings where warranted.

7.1 Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your cvk66 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, cvk66 will process any pending withdrawals of verified, wagering-compliant balances before finalising the account closure. 7.2 Suspension or Closure by cvk66

cvk66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Detection of duplicate accounts
• Confirmed underage access
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at cvk66 staff or other members
• Any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or the experience of other members

Where an account is closed by cvk66 for cause as described above, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not connected to a confirmed breach may be returned to the member at cvk66's discretion following completion of all applicable checks.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. cvk66 will send a notification to the email address on file before applying any inactivity policy. Members are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active, or to close their account formally if they no longer wish to use the service.

8.1 Platform Availability

cvk66 strives to maintain platform availability at all times and targets 99.9% uptime. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond cvk66's reasonable control including but not limited to power failures, internet outages, acts of God, or third-party service disruptions. cvk66 will not be liable for any loss — including loss of potential winnings — arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Game Results

All game outcomes on cvk66 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. cvk66 does not control individual game outcomes and accepts no liability in respect of the results of any game, bet, or wager placed on the platform. Decisions made by the game software are final.

8.3 User Responsibility

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of the cvk66 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cvk66 operates as an international platform serving the Bangladesh market. Any unresolved disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under rules agreed in advance by both parties. By using the platform, you consent to this dispute resolution process.

8.6 Amendments to These Terms

cvk66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cvk66 will notify registered members via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7.1 above.
